Mental Toughness and Resilience

Anxiety is a normal part of life, but it doesn’t have to control you. Dr. Wider offers tools and techniques to help you manage stress, such as goal setting, mindfulness, relaxation exercises all backed by science.

In her spare time, Dr. Wider coaches competitive high school girls squash and tennis teams in CT. She is a Certified Sports Psychology Coach by the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. She has also studied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania’s Program in Resilience.

Dr. Wider runs workshops in the tri-state area and is available for one-on one sessions.
